Square profiles They are manufactured using high frequency welding (ERW) from DC01 (DIN EN 10130), S185, S235JR/J0/J2, S275JR/J0/J2, S355JR/J0/J2 (DIN EN 10025) quality steel strips in accordance with DIN 2395, TS 5317, TS EN 10219-2, TS EN 10305-5 standards. IPE, IPN/NPI, UPN/NPU, U, UPE, UAC IPEA, IPEAA, IPEAAA, IPEAAA Profiles IPN is the short form for structural elements or beams in the form of bars with a beveled inner surface of the flanges and dimensions according to EN 10365. Product tolerances are defined by EN 10024: 1995. The IPN steel profile series has lost ground significantly in favor of the assembly-friendly IPE series due to the beveled flanges. IPN profiles are used to join stainless steel beams by welding or bolting. IPN profiles are hot-fabricated and then hot-rolled or extruded. The lower and upper horizontal parts of the beam are called flanges, while the connecting vertical middle part is called a curtain or web. Austenitic grades according to EN 10088-3: 1D are predominantly used for stainless steel structures: 1.4301 (304), 1.4307 (304L), 1.4401 (316), 1.4404 (316L) and 1.4571. COIL SHEET The scale (oxide) formed on the Hot Rolled Coil surfaces is cleaned by passing through hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid baths and lubricated with protective oil to prevent re-oxidation. The product called Acid Cleaned Sheet is shipped to the user as a roll or as slitted or cut to length according to the request. (RP-RPD- RPKK- HRP - HRPKK-LP-LPKK-TRP-TRPD-TRPKK) General areas of use Hot rolled sheets are not always suitable for use due to the scale on their surface. These hot rolled, pickled and oiled qualities are used especially for forming processes such as bending, drawing, deep drawing. These products can be used in all applications that do not require precise surface quality expectations but require strength, rigidity and plasterability. Especially in the machine manufacturing sector and the automotive sub-industry, pickled sheets are used. Since acid cleaning of the sheet metal surface is easier and more economical than after machine manufacturing, manufacturers prefer Acid Surface Cleaned material. High strength steels suitable for cold forming can be used in all applications requiring high strength, high impact and fatigue resistance and formability. It is also successfully used in the production of LPG cylinders, pipe-profile manufacturing. Structural steels can generally be used for construction sector applications, these steel qualities are especially preferred for their high strength, formability and weldability properties. Some areas of use are: structural profiles, roof coverings and painted sheet applications.

What is PVC PROFILE? One of the materials that has become increasingly widespread in the recently developing construction sector is PVC. What is PVC, which is generally used in glass? Polyvinyl chloride, a plastic polymer, is generally used and recognized by its abbreviated form "PVC". PVC, a type of synthetic plastic, is the 3rd most produced plastic in the world after Polyethylene and Polypropylene. Where is PVC Used? It has two forms: solid and flexible. The solid form is used as a PVC profile in the construction sector, namely in pipes, plumbing materials or products such as doors and windows. While materials such as wood, concrete and clay were previously used in such construction materials, we can say that PVC has replaced these materials today. AZ GROUP PVC is also used in the packaging of bank cards, bottles and non-renewable products. A more flexible and soft form is created with substances added to make it fluid. The soft form is used in pipelines, in the production of inflatable products, and in areas such as electrical cable insulation. PVC Profile Types PVC profiles are divided into 3 groups according to European standards. Class A PVC, width 58mm, minimum 3 chambers and minimum wall thickness 2.8mm Class B PVC, profile thickness is the same but minimum wall thickness 2.5mm There is no limitation for PVC specified as Class C. PVC is a type of plastic that can be recycled approximately 7 times and has a lifespan of 140 years.
